Brent crude trading at $80.01/bbl

Crude oil prices increased Rs96 to Rs6,388 per barrel in futures trade as participants widened their positions following a firm spot demand. Globally, West Texas Intermediate (WTI) crude oil was up by 2.05 per cent to $76.26 per barrel, and Brent crude traded 1.76 per cent higher at $80.01 per barrel in New York.
